My Pet name is Khali (Dog - Male) a Dachshund original Breed. The Dog back portion got paralysed, We showed it to a few doctors who gave a few injections but there was no sustained effort. After talking to my VET friend, we took the pet to Dr. Lakshmi on 18th March 2020 and our experience and my opinion after going there has changed. They recommended lot of tests, starting with a Blood test and a Tick fever test which only is done at Bangalore and later an MRI which is typically done in the night, other than conducting all the test including MRI, We went ahead with a laser treatment for the pet though it was very painful for him. still we went ahead and too the recommendation from Dr. Lakshmi seriously and went for it. We were recommended a course for the pet and daily Rs. 600 for Doctor consultation (This site says Rs. 500) was slapped on us as part of the bill. When we visit a doctor for the first time and pay consultation fee, the fee would carry a validity for 10 days for a follow up consultation, Because of COVID situation, abruptly Dr. Lakshmi left the pet Khali and may be many other pets high and dry and waiting and Dr. Lakshmi went on quarantine. Junior doctors did not have a clue on how to take it forward. My dog has been diagnosed with Arthritis, Dr. Lakshmi is the only one who has a knowledge but she’s so busy that your fur baby will hardly matter to them. ***** ********. After multiple visits to animal care, I’m disappointed that I took this long to realise my dog is just getting sicker due to their no clarity medication given. Each doctor says different things and you won’t know just which one to believe. ******** ******* My dog was paralysed due to tick fever and I went to Dr. Lakshmi. I went to her for about a week. Dr. Lakshmi charged consultation fee every single day, which was around 600rs. She said my dog needed to get some injections, ***** * ***** ***** *** *** ********** ******** For the injection, it costed me 150rs, service charge for the injection was 110rs and my dog was given atleast 4 a day. She also gave my dog laser treatment, which costed a lot everyday. She gave the results to another doctor in delhi for a secondary opinion, the results are still not with me and it's been 15 days since I visited her. I've been a regular there with my 7.5 year old Labrador, for requirements from vaccines to surgeries. Totally delighted at the doctor and the staff and the attitude to animals. Completely recommend the place.

I have had a very bad experience the last time I took my pet for grooming over at the Animal Pet Clinic, Banjara Hills!

I had taken appointments for both my pets Shih Tzu and Turkish Angora, upon arrival at the clinic my Shih Tzu was taken in by the groomers, the lady inside grooming area kept badgering with unnecessary questions which had nothing to do with grooming! My poor Turkish Angora didn’t end up getting groomed as the blades in the salon had given up, another reason one must never go there! **** *** ** *** ******** ********** They didn’t have the etiquette to inform this on time to us, our poor cat was suffering in the heat all the time waiting to be groomed!

Yes, my dogs hair was overgrown and knotted, that’s cause we were not getting out of the house much because of the very evident situation the whole world is in!!

But nevertheless since summer is upon us, I had to get him groomed. * **** *** ******* ** ****** *** ** * ***** ****** ** *** ********

YOUR DOG IS ABSOLUTELY FINE!!

I have in the past also taken my pets here for grooming but unfortunately not anymore!

I was always informed to be careful of this place but I guess I have learnt the lesson ****** *********

I lost hope on my 3 Months baby when suspected by Parvo virus but after admitting him he regained health in jus 4 days he was looked after By Dr.Lakshmi am very glad he returned home with joy , After vaccination continued for 3years, Again My Sherro experienced blood motion cause of indigestion, he recovered in hands of Dr.Keshav & Dr.Shirin,,, Am glad to the Doctors & parvo vets, Animal care clinic is appreciable.

Went to this clinic after my dog got diagnosed with a foreign body stuck in his duodenum identified through untrasound. It was diagnosed by another vet and suggested surgery but for second opinion we went to animal Care clinic. Dr Shereen after doing x-ray *** **** ********** ***** *** **** ******** *** ******* ****** *** wanted us to admit him and go through all other process *** *** **** ****** ** ******* ** ** *** *** ****** *** *******

*** *** *** **** ****** ** *** ** **** *** ******* *** ********** *** ****** ** ***** *** *** ******* *** **** ****** we visited there after their staff confirmed on call that Dr Lakshmi was available which was not the case when we reached. I had to stop there so called process and stopped there treatment and wanted to leave. We were charged 4k and then they didn't even give us the reports.

We then visited another vet and he also confirmed after ultrasound that a foreign object was there and it need emergency surgery. ***** **** *** *** ** ****** **** ** ****** **** ***** *** **** *** Please do not visit this place ** *** **** **** **** ****** *** *********** **** ***** **** ***** **********

** *** **** **** *** ** *** **** **** ***** Took my cat in for * ****** tooth extraction and scaling ***** ***** ******* ** ***** My cat was put under for over 5 hours. In spite of repeatedly telling the helpers that the cat was choking on his tongue and being very restless, nobody seemed to care. We wanted to speak to the doctor who had left before speaking to us about post-op care.

After insisting repeatedly for a blood test the assistants were completely inept and drawing blood, ended up hurting my cat further.

On top of everything while we were rushing to rescue our cat and get away from there, they decided to charge us twice for the same blood test.

They are extremely disorganised and messy. They do not care about the animal. Please avoid.
